Their kitchens are based at the British Horse Society near Kenilworth where they cater for many equestrian events and national championships.

Specialising in local food they are the caterers for DEFRA at the Royal Show Ground. They have also promoted the region's food whilst cooking abroad alongside Heart of England Fine Foods, Heart of England Tourism and Visit Britain.
