Good food and produce is at the heart of of business. 
 

We use local farms and our food is delivered daily for each job to ensure quality fresh ingredients. We use Worcester produce for the latest micro herbs, edible pearls flowers and more to enhance our menus. Located near the vale of Evesham, Warwickshire and Gloucestershire we are spoilt for choice with great suppliers for example Barry the Butcher and Onley grounds which is proved to be outstanding by royal appointment. To top this off we drive down to get our seafood fresh from Cornwall and our salmon from Uig lodge.
