He told us about the choice of menu, the discussions they had with you and then about the tasting. He rang soon after to tell us that it was beyond his wildest dreams, superb. So you can imagine we got to the reception with a great deal of anticipation. ....the canapes were outstanding, amazing. Then we sat down to by far the best meal my wife and I ever had at any wedding..and we've had a few! We could not fault it: beautifully presented, original, delicious, perfectly balanced.
