Kopanski Catering provides catering for Wootton Park, a family owned and run wedding and events venue nestled in a 360 acre estate in the heart of Warwickshire with breathtaking countryside views. Situated near the idyllic town of Henley-in-Arden, Wootton Park offers the perfect setting for your rural wedding, with their magical outdoor lakeside ceremonies and beautifully converted barn.

 

The barn is light and airy, with traditional style large barn doors, leading out to a large patio area (complete with comfy outdoor seating and roaring fire pit) plus acres of outdoor space, perfect for photos or fun and games. Accommodating up to 150 guests throughout your day (and evening) but, also ideally quaint and romantic, for more intimate weddings of less than 50 guests.

 

Catering is a major part of your event and at Wootton Park you can personalise the menu, and you don’t even have to have a sit down meal! They understand the importance of serving your guests delicious and memorable food for your wedding day, so use us to provide both the main wedding breakfast meal and some evening catering options. We’re able offer a wide range of choices, from a three course meal or family feast with table service, to more relaxed options, such as a Gourmet BBQ.

 

We use quality locally sourced ingredients and offer a range of delicious menus. If there is something specific you would like or you have a particular budget to work towards, just let us know. Whether you’re planning a lavish 3 course banquet or a summer picnic, we can provide it for you. 

 

Wootton Park is the perfect exclusive use venue for weddings, celebrations, private parties, corporate events, conferences, training seminars or meetings. An ideal venue for your wedding or event where you can enjoy a glass of Champagne by the lake or dance the night away, you will experience the magic that you and your guests will always remember!

 

Wootton Park also offers a variety of on site activities with Spot On Wake watersports park (wakeboarding, aqua jungle over water ropes assault course, and paddle boarding) and Equine Learning equestrian centre.

There’s a variety of accommodation with the beautiful 16th century Farmhouse, Bakehouse and selection of Glamping Pods, including en suite Pods with hot tubs and TreePods!

 

 

The location is superbly placed close to historic Stratford-Upon-Avon, Warwick & Leamington Spa, Redditch, Solihull and within easy reach of Birmingham, West Midlands and the M40/M42.
